Most of the houses in our street has flag either attached to their porch or in the yard. I think that has to do with the fact that most of the residents here are either military veterans or has kids who served and still serving the military. We have been planning to put up one at our front yard but the cost hindered us in doing so. That's why when YEScomUSA offered me to review one of their products, I was very delighted.
Although, I really wanted to get one of their patio furniture, I decided to get the set of flagpole and flag because I know that my husband would love it very much and I was not wrong. He immediately asked me what was in the package laying in our front porch last week when he arrived from work. I told him to open it up and see what's in it. smiled from ear to ear when he saw that it was an American Aluminum Telescoping Flagpole set. He said "That's SWEET!"
This is what we spent our weekend with, setting up our very own Flag in front of our home. One of our great neighbor, a Korean War Veteran, helped us, thanks Don! We let our son took ownership of the flag, he was very proud of it and was so eager in helping.

The flagpole set's retail value is $129.99 from other store but if you buy it at YEScomUSA, it only cost $69.99, a big savings of 46%. So if you are planning to get one, check them out first.
I dressed it up a little with some bricks and rocks and potted miniature roses that I bought on sale at Lowe's. The roses normally cost $16.98 each but I got it for $2.70 each. Thank you so much once again YEScomUSA for giving us the chance to have our own Flag for FREE!

That photo of your son helping in setting up the flag is precious! It must be an unforgettable moment for him, too. The flag looks great infront of your house, sis!
It seems as if this product is an easy way for people to display a flag at their homes. It is a pretty site to see a neighbood full of waiving flags.
I love seeing the American Flag flown in front of peoples homes. In my area you can sometimes see them flying out of apartment windows as well!
Wow, that is what we need. We have a flag in our front porch but it wasn't really big. We have to upgrade. :)
That is wonderful, mommy Rose. I love that you guys got on it and made a sturdy flagpole for the American Flag. We have ours at our old house in Kansas and we have our flag out in certain occasion. We don't have it out the whole year or if we do, we have to get a light for outside to lit the flag at night.
Wow! lucky you sis you get it for review and you make your husband happy too.
wow that was alot of work but it lots great
How cool does that look - love how simple it seems to set up as well. x
That's very cool... also flags are symbol of freedom.
I love having our Flag to fly on those special days! There's just something so patriotic in seeing the red white and blue against the sky!
awww, that's sweet... my son said, so mama they can sing Lupang Hinirang there anytime, lol. He meant US national anthem... hahahaha.
I can tell that your family is very patriotic :) I see many houses here too with a flag pole in their front yard.
Lovely family.
I hope people in my country would do something like that as well. Very patriotic, indeed. What an inspiration!
Your husband must be so proud and you are too! I do wish to hang the flag of Canada and the Philippines here in our balcony... maybe when we become citizens here... hopefully!
Boys were working out and doing teamwork :D
now, i see why you were so busy this weekend, it's very good busy, that's sweet indeed! your hubby looks very happy.
Love it that you are so nationalistic, sis! Love those flags (I see one from your neighbor too) infront of your houses.
It looks great in your front yard, Proud Americans!
You have a lovely home and neighborhood, sis! I bet your ex-Veteran FIL is very proud of that American flag standing tall infront of your house!
One beautiful flag and look how happy your husband is. :) I love that a lot of our neighbors are war veterans and such. :)
What's in a flag rising up high in your home. Nothing, just telling anyone that passes by your home that you are that patriotic.
wow! making your own flag pole. gave me an idea to do the same in my front yard too! thanks!
it only symbolizes that you are indeed proud of your citizenship..
good job on the flag! Your boys seem happy and proud putting it up!
You were all busy and working together as a team. My uncle is also a navy but he already retired and not in service.
I'm always amazed at how nationalistic Americans are. Freebies are fun!
Wow! I love how you enhanced the area with flower pots and bricks. The eagerness of your son in helping is so inspiring? :)
I observed most First World countries have their own flags in their homes. I don't see that in our home country but we boast of, with too much sense of pride, our nationalistic nature.
Hubby is so apt and happy standing beside the flagpole and Lucky for you to have one flagpole for free and set it up in your own backyard with the kids is one.
Now, the area looks much better with flag there. How I wish my family can find a permanent house so I can also put a Philippine flag in my house. :)
All of you did work hard on that. Impressive sis :)
I would love to have one at our new rented house mommy. That would be wonderful. Thanks for sharing!
My father-in-law is a retired soldier. he too have a flag at the front of their house.
I will check their store soon. Dad would probably want a new flag to replace is old one.
I love how everyone tried to help build your flagpole.:)
Hopefully, this marketing tactic is applied in the Philippines. In this way, more people will appreciate the Philippine flag.
Beautiful sis! Simply beautiful! I love the patriotism and it's nice to show everyone how much you value and respect your country by erecting a flagpole.
now that's what i call proud citizens. here in the philippines, i wonder if top men in the army have flags displayed in front of their houses.
The finished project is just lovely.
