Smart Car

My wife asked "Why is it called smart car?" I told her that this car is suppose to be a gas saver that is why it's called a smart car. She took a picture of this when we went to the library the other day.

Hello everyone, this is Rose, a.k.a chubskulit. My husband invited me to be a co-author of his blogs. Sharing here is the photo of the peppers that I grew in a flower pot. I did not buy the plant but grew it from the seeds of the pepper I cooked two years ago.

Chips

When my wife took these photos, I asked her why. She said that the leaves looks like potato chips hehehe.

Recycled Swing Ride

First, thank you to the author of this blog series for featuring one of my photos last week, thanks Ms. Tracy.

One thing that I noticed when we went to Hanover Park is the recycled stuff that they made. Whoever created these rides are pretty resourceful and creative. he pony Ride is made of old tires and they hang it in a pergola. Isn't it neat?

Nostalgia #18 - Chuck E Cheese

These were taken before we went to Korea. My sister and her daughter Jen took us to Chuck E Cheese and the kids had so much fun.

I planned to bring the kids there during winter times where we can't play outside. 

My Match

I found the match that would beat me down in school, it's calculus! Oh this one is very tough, if science is very easy for me, this calculus is definitely a bomb. I need to study harder to pass this one lol. So for now, I am leaving you with the photo of my son sleeping.

After I review my calculus, I will be doing the same (sleep) hehehe.

Ball for Champ

Our dog Champ can tear up a lot of things that we gave him as a toy but lately, we found this rubber ball at the store and we bought him one. So far it's the only toy that lasts for a longer amount of time, he also love it and learned how to throw it in the air and catch it.

Duck and Fish

Taken at the pond in Pittsburgh Zoo from our previous visit there. I am not sure of what kind these fish are. I love the ring formaton that the movement of the duck made from the water.

Covered Bridge

Hello everyone, how's your weekend? We have a mellow weekend, we just hang out at my Dad's place and keep him company. I am glad that tomorrow is a holiday because I have time to watch the "Wall Street" movie. One of my instructors assigned us to watch this one and make a summary about it.

Anyhow, before I talked about the covered bridge, I want to share to you what happened when I went to Blockbuster to rent the movie. I was in the check out when the cashier told me, "Sir, before you can rent this movie, you have to pay for the late fee that you incur last time." I was like "What, what are you talking about?". I haven't rent a single movie since 20 years ago because I was always overseas. Now, I am wondering who is using my account from a long time ago? I have to dig into this to find out. Oh boy, the world is full of crooked people nowadays.

Alright, now back to my post. I took these shots when we went to Hanover Park in PA to meet the parents of our daughter's classmates in kindergarten. it's been so long since I've last seen a covered bridge so when I saw this one, I did not pass the opportunity to capture it.

Ostrich

The gigantic Ostrich at Pittsburgh Zoo. I wonder of the animals in the zoo ever get bored? What do you think?  As big as this ostrich is, I wonder if he would be able to  carry a human in his back?  Silly me for asking this question  but I am curious!

Meannie

Our children loves to makes faces when you try to take pictures. Our daughter even take pictures of herself with a meannie look on her face. She would laugh after she sees the photo and show it to us!
