Green Machine

My husband and I shares stories to our kids every night about our childhood experiences. Mostly, it's my husband that shred stories because he had more interesting stuff than I did when I was a kid.  One night, the told them about  his green machine that his parent's bought him and the next thing we know, that was what our daughter wanted for Christmas.  That's what  she got from "Santa."

Ohio River View

We live in a city that borders three states, PA, WV, and Ohio. It's funny that we were driving down to Wheeling but we were in Ohio side of the road. It is much faster than going through small towns in WV.  That's one advantage of living in Weirton.  We are  close to Ohio and Pennsylvania so if we want to  shop for clothes, we go to Pittsburgh because they  don't have sales  tax on  clothes there.

A couple of weeks ago, we registered our son to kindergarten and as a requirement, he has to complete a series of vaccinations.  He is like me who doesn't like needles so he was  traumatized.  The Bugs Bunny Band Aid helped him a little bit though.

I recently redeemed the points I earned from taking surveys at YouGov Polling Points.  If you have spare time, you  can sign up  and earn a little   from your free time.  It doesn't cost anything to  create an account.  This is better than playing Facebook games.  In a week or two, I will also redeem  the points  have from eRewards, that goes on my Upromise account, a college savings for my kids.  Taking surveys is a good source to have a little extra cushion.

Dragon Display

This was displayed in one of the many attractions in Hollywood Studios called the The Great Movie Ride.  You'll find yourself smack dab in the middle of some of the greatest movie scenes in history. Board a vehicle that takes you through realistic recreations of memorable film moments, from 1930s gangster flicks to contemporary sci-fi classics.

 I like this hanging dragon display on the side of the building.  Our friend's daughter, Akesha, with Ms. Burrito.
