Corpsman Birthday
We went Golfing...
My wife and kids surprised me with a breakfast in bed. Thanks Hon, that was so sweet of you. My lovely daughter picked some roses at their garden early in the morning and put it in a tray together with the greeting card and her love letter to me.
Here's my daughter's LL and my wife's meaningful card.I bet I got you with my title hehehe. We did not really go golfing but we did visit the golf course in Daegu as part of the Father's day celebration. We celebrated the occasion happily. It was very foggy when we left our city going to Daegu.
Going out the tunnelGolf course..
So there, my 2009 Father's day celebration... Thanks for visiting guys!

Getting Homesick because of Father's Day
Father's Day is coming up and I am getting homesick. Wish we could spend it with Dad, I really want to spend more time with my father now that he is able to enjoy our company. This occasion didn't really bother me that much before but now that I am a father myself, I see how it feels to be with your kids all the time.
Jennings Senior and Jennings Jr.
We are missing you so much Dad. Six more months and we'll be there soon. Hang in there for us.. We love you!

hair dress up time
My daughter came with a game the other night. She said "It's hair dress up time!" She watched this show on TV where the kids made up their hair into different get hair-dos. She started putting ties and bows on her mom and brother's hair and then she fixed up her hair. Good thing I wasn't included lol, but I was the photographer. We had so much fun because our son EJ was saying "M a pirae" - translation - "I am a pirate" although he was using an indian thing lol.

new photography style
Our daughter has been exploring with her photography. This is her latest style. She took pictures of her face and her doll. It's amazing how in such a young age, she is already showing her interests with stuff that she really love doing. Aside from photography she is also good in arts and crafts. Right now, she is mastering to right her name.
Do you think I should consider sending my daughter to a photography school? Lol!

Mass in the Grass
We attended the mass at the Pavilion instead of having it held at the Chapel. They dubbed it as the "Mass in the Grass". I like the concept of bringing the mass celebration outside. The only problem I had is my son running around in an open area hehehe. But it was good because all of us brought some dish to share after the mass and it turned out great. We all enjoy the food and we had a chance to socialize with other peers.
The theme for the Sunday's mass yesterday is "The Ineffable Mystery of God".
The first thing our parents taught us about our religion was most probably the sign of the cross. The last thing the priest will do at our graveside is make the sign of the cross over our body. A Christian's life is marked i"n the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit ." The Sunday Bible readings often speak to us about the Father (as originator of all life related to creation), sending his Son or Word (from our salvation) and communicating the Spirit (related to our rebirth from water and the spirit).
The revelation of God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, tells us first of all What God is for us. But as to the mysterious unity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we can only stammer with inadequate human concepts, which are not able to express the ineffable mystery of God in himself. We want to know. But we must realize that more important than knowing about God is knowing God, the way tow beloved know one another! An intimated person-to-person relationships gives a knowledge that cannot possibly be expressed in human terminology. It is that kind of knowledge of God which ultimately satisfies a human being.
Hope you had a good Sunday everyone!

Family Bonding at the Pool
Our daughter woke up at about 7 o'clock in the morning and her first question was "Is the swimming pool gonna be open today, Day?" Uh-Uh i think she dreamed about it last night. So after eating breakfast, we head out to the Gym at about 10:30 but the swimming pool does not open until 11 in the morning. so my wife did her work out at the cardio room while me and the kids played basketball.
Here are some photos at the children's swimming pool. You can see more photos at the link I provided in this post. Thanks to Mr. Pak for agreeing to be the photographer hahaha.
My daughter and wife while they take pictures of each other lol..
Advance happy birthday to my sister Crystal and my wife this month.
