Mixed Shadows

Monday is a Memorial Day so let me share this shadow of the flag in fron of the Municipal Building of Weirton. Can you see it?
Shadow of my wife standing at the edge of our retaining wall in front of the garage.

Our newly fenced backyard with my daughter's favorite ride.

And here is the shadow of the cemented dog statue at the entrance door of our dogs' Vet office.
Wishing you all a happy weekend and a great Memorial Day celebration on Monday.

Great shadow shots! And I can see why that vehicle is your daughter's favorite ride - I'd like to have one myself!
Happy shadow-hunting!

All subjects leave such well defined shadows, including your better half. I haven't been to Weirton in over ten yearsbut the building, although modern, leaves an impressive style and set of shadows, too. Nice captures of shadows in the day of a life...

First - thanks for serving our country :)
Next - it took us a minute to find the flag (hunting for some red, white & blue...not a shadow at first!) Your daughter's favorite ride looks like some cool kid fun!! So her pictures on your other blog....cute! I have a daughter that adores dogs as well!
Happy Memorial Day!!

Lovely set of shadows. I was looking for the red, white and blue too, before I saw the shadow - great! I like the dog statue and the collar on it :-)

Beautiful shadow shots. You have beautiful backyard, John. Ours this time is so messy with the fallen leaves. We haven't got the chance to clean it because it is always raining here and the ground is soaking wet.

Thanks for stopping by.
