EYE in the Sky

Let me share this quote by Robert Ballard.
"Almost a quarter of our planet is a single mountain range and we didn't enter it until after Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin went to the moon. So we went to the moon, played golf up there, before we went to the largest feature on our own planet."
The moon looks like an  eye, doesn't it?

It does indeed look like an eye, a penetrating one that misses nothing. Loved the photos and also the quote.

Lovely moon shots. We had cloudy nights lately, I couldn't see the moon clearly.
