Tie-dyed Rose

I took  pictures of this tie-dyed  rose that the head of the lunch program at the school brought one day.  She said that she bought it at Shop n Save and it is called Tie-Dyed Rose.  I did not have my camera with me so it's a bit blurry, these were taken by my Samsung Galaxy phone.  I just love the color combination.  This is now  the  screen saver  image of my ohone.
Isn't it beautiful?  The ROSE by the way is REAL!

It's actually my first time to see a rose of different colors!

they are so pretty. to make them is a bit of a pain. you have to split the stem of the rose into as many parts as you have colors. put food coloring in different small containers and then carefully stick each section of the stem into the different colors. it will take at least a few days for the rose to soak up the colors. will last as long as a rose normally lasts, up to 7 days.
