Trumpet Vine Blossoms

My husband doesn't like this trumpet vine that I have in the corner of our fence.  He keep suggesting for me to cut it down but I don't want to do it because  it attracts humming birds.  I think that this is the main reason why the humming birds keep coming back to our yard every summer.
