I have different varieties of tomatoes in my gardden this year but the one that did realy well is the roma and cherry tomatoes. Roma tomatoes are great for coking but since I have tons, I decided to ca some of them. I also have Rusian and pear tomatoes which we have been juicing and making salsa since there's pleanty of them.
My pepers also did great this year. One of our neighbors gave me thre selings of Thai peppers and there's a lot of fruits in it.
My bell peppers are also doing great. I am jpust starting to harvest them. For some reason, they are the last ones to produce fruits.
Thai opeoers are suoer hot. I love spicy fod so I love having these hotties.
This pear tomatoes are great fir salsa or salad. They're a bit sweet and you can even eat them for snacks.
So far, U have canned 30 quarts of tomato sauce and 8 pints of salsa which would last us for one whole year. Ever since I started gardening, I never bought any tomato sauce anymore.

There's nothing better than growing your own veggies, especially tomatoes. We grow a ton of them every year.
Growing your own tomatoes is smart. They taste so much better than store bought ones.
It is so cool that you grow all of these and can them yourself. It sounds so cool being able to cook with your own tomato sauce and salsa.
Awesome post. I have just gotten in to growing indoors as well as outside. Planning on really starting my garden early next year. I already have seeds. I can't wait.
I have grown my own tomatoes in the past :). This year though I only grew potatoes, I had a lazy gardening year :)
I also have tomato and pepper plants but they didn't grow. I always want to have my own garden and grow my own veggies

Those are lots of tomatoes. Canning them is a great idea. I have a few tomato plants that I grow in pots.

These are perfect ideas to do with the amount of tomatoes and peppers you have for sure. They look just beautiful. I have never tried pear tomatoes before so now I will have to try them. We love snacking on tomatoes with a little salt and pepper. Yummy!!
I would love to make Salsa. I will have to plant a garden in the spring.

Tomatoes and peppers are my favorite things to have in our garden. We didn't do a garden this year because we thought we were moving and I feel like I really missed out!
I tried to grow my own tomatoes, but they just didn't flourish. I am going to give it another try next year.

Oh we love growing our own veggies! We finally just cut back our garden beds for the winter and I'm already ready to start again! lol!

My dad grows his own veggies and I love eating the fresh veggies from his garden.
