#DIYprojects : Path Lights

I always admire  well-lit gardens whenever we  go on our afternoon walks.  So When I saw these path lights  on sale  during one of the major holidays,  I thought it was a great opportunity to buy them in bulk for our garden.  I always wanted some  for our garden but I always shy away from getting them because of the price.  Glad I got lucky to find them   on sale.
They were very easy to assemble and putting them on the ground is also easy.   My husband joked  that the deer  is happy because they see clearly where the flowers they love to munch on are, lol.  I told him that the deer need lights too.
We have a long  driveway and  a decent size of  backyard garden so we bought  9 boxes of these  path lights.
These solar lights  are great addition to our garden.  It looks beautiful  at night time .
Even though our front  yard  is  well-lit with the  lamp post, we  decided to  put some in it too so it would look uniform.
I took a short video so you will see how the lights illuminates  the garden  especially in the dark  areas. If you want to add character in your garden  during night  time,  these solar lights are the perfect  way to do it.

I have been wanting walkway lights like this for YEARS. I keep asking my husband to do them for me, but I think if I want them I just need to do it myself.

I love path lights. We used to have a set around the front of our house, but they slowly one by one got broke from our daughter riding her bike or scooter and running into one. I think it's time we pick up some new ones.

We have solar lights in our backyard and they really do a wonderful job illuminating our garden and no addition to our electric bill. Yaaaay!!!

What a lovely looking project, I love the fact they really brighten the way at night I should really try and do something like this myself.

I have always done the something when out for a walk and seeing a well lit up yard. My husband finally agreed and we bought some of these. Love the look and way they let you see where you are going.

I really like these path lights. I keep thinking about putting them up, but right now our backyard is our project. So when that's done, I'll work on path lights!

You did a great job! I actually did this as a project at our old house and it felt great to be able to accomplish something. I love it for safety and for looks too. Good job indeed.

The lights look absolutely lovely giving your garden such beauty. I don't have a garden as I live in an apartment but would do the same if I did have one

Nice job with your landscaping. I like the design of the path lights you selected. They seem to be just the right size for the space you placed them in too.

We've got some of these in our back yard. We can't have them in the front because that's where the dog goes and when he goes out, he'd get stuck on them lol. Yours look so pretty.
