I am not sure what this plant is called but when it blooms it looks like cotton candy. This is a tree in front the my dad's neighbor's yard. Whenever the flowers starts to fall off, they're everywhere.

cool tree... but i always loved cherry blossom trees...
It certainly is a very beautiful tree. I love to see the blossoms fall, even though some might find them too messy but oh how beautiful to see all those tiny petals lying on the grass.
