This is the ruby ring that my father-in-law- gave me. John gave this to his Mom as a birthday present and Dad gave it to me. I thought that was very sweet of him. I saw some beautiful selection of mothers ring online and thought of my Mom. I haven't given my Mom jewelry ever since I left and I think she will be happy to get a new one. They are pretty pricey though so I think I will have to save little by little to be able to buy one.
