Okra

I am not very fond Okra but once in a while I crave for it especially when I am feeling homesick.  I found some seeds  from the store and I decided to buy a pack and grow it from our garden.  I would like to introduce this to my kids as they never had any Okra before.  I am not sure if they are going to like it's slimy texture but it is worth trying.

I was very happy to see that it is blooming already.  Maybe I can pick some this week  before we go to our  ocean adventure.
