Sharing Sparkle Time with my Family #DASANIdrops #DASANIsparkling #Infusions

This is a sponsored  post written  in partnership with Dasani and Target.  All opinions are my own  and may differ  from  everyone else.

When I first met my husband, I found it so  odd that he  is not fond of drinking water.  I thought that was very unusual since I grew up drinking water and I seldom  drink soda or any other kinds of beverage.  By that time, he was   only drinking  sweet tea, which in my opinion was not very healthy  because of sugar.  Anyway, I encouraged him to  incorporate water intake into his  daily routine especially when he started  gaining weight.  He was doing his  workout routine  very regularly but he wasn't losing anything.  I think he finally  realized that  the sugar in sweet tea is  sabotaging his  fitness goals so he started  drinking flavored water at first then he learned to drink plain water eventually.  I am so glad that I was able to  encourage him into drinking water  because  it is important to show our kids that water is an essential  thing for healthy living.

I was very excited to have given a chance to try the new DASANI products.  I received two naturally flavored black cherry sparkling water. two strawberry basil flavored drops infusion, and two lime flavored drop infusion.  You can purchase these products at your local Target store or by  using Target’s Cartwheel app.  If you use the app, you can  enjoy the coupons that will be available for both DASANI DROPS Infusions and DASANI Sparkling in Black Cherry for a limited time.

I love the  taste of the  Dasani sparkling water  with black cherry flavor.  I thought  that it  is going to  taste   strong but it didn't.  It is very mild  but  you can really taste the cherry in it.   I saved one for my husband to take to work.
My son is  really good with drinking water but my daughter kind of rejected water there for a while until she got  dehydrated and got sick.  Now I make sure that she drinks enough water or juice  in order to keep her hydrated.  I let them try this  strawberry basil  drops infusion and are 50-50 on it.  They love strawberry but not  totally sold with the hint of the basil in it.
My husband and I tried the  lime-flavored drops infusion then we  later on tried the strawberry basil.  We came into a conclusion and both agreed that the strawberry  basil flavor is much better compared to the  lime flavor .  .  He will be bringing one of this to his work since he brings a bottle of water everyday when he go to work.
Water is my fuel when I do my workout at home.  Please don't mind my messy hair. O just got done with my   short workout when this photo was  taken by hubby.  Water is a big   part of our everyday meal s.  Sometimes the kids would  drink juice but most of the times, we  all drink water.  My husband would still make  sweet tea once in a while but it is  sort of a special treat now instead of  a regular thing.
Cheers to  drinking more water!
Here's my Burritos enjoying their own flavored Dasani water.  Sharing Sparkle time with my family has never been this fun, thanks to Dasani flavored water!

  1. it's so nice to know that they make more flavor to encourage everyone that drinking water is still the best way to have, with the different flavors you can add now it seems like you want to drink more water rather than other beverage.

  7. I need to try this with my son. He always wants soda, tea or Gatorade. I also wouldn't mind adding a little flavor to my water.

  9. Love Dasani drops! I've never seen the unsweetened ones here though! The normals are super good though and I always keep some on hand! I'll keep my eyes opened for the unsweetened!

  10. I have always drank a lot of water and find it surprising when people say they don't like the taste of water...how is that possible?? I haven't tried the new Dasani flavors but I like the old ones. I will definitely be trying these!!

  11. I will have to tell my husband about this. He is struggling with quitting sodas (again) and these might help him make the transition.

  13. I can't stress enough on the importance of drinking water and how its beneficial for one's health. I'm glad that you were able to convince your husband to star drinking water. Too much sugar-y drinks can pose health risks in the long run. I've seen it happen to my uncles.

This is the first time I've heard of Dasani, but I think it's an awesome product. I agree with Tammi - I love the idea of the drops as well.

  16. Interesting! What a great way to add flavour to water! We are all big drinkers of water in my home and don't really need to add anything to it, however this would be great to switch it up every once in a while!

  17. I could tell, your child loves it.That's good switch once in a while.I seen a lot of dasani in store but never bothered to try. Thanks for sharing.

  18. Drinking water is so difficult for me so the flavored Dasani drops are such a life saver. They have finally made drinking water something fun for me as if I'm drinking juice.

  19. That strawberry basil flavor does sound very good. I use Lemon or Lime drops for my water.

  21. I am fine with regular water and sometimes I cringe at the thought of paying for water. However, I dont mind the drops every now and then as they really help beat the boredom.

  22. We use the little squirt bottle flavours for special drinks in our house - they're so much healthier than drinking soda - and they taste awesome!

  23. I grew up drinking water--that is what was served at the dinner table and lunch if I was home. Where I live the water does not taste very good so I almost always use some kind of "drops". I have yet to try Dasani --I have seen them and will pick up one next time I shop!

  24. I love Dasani but haven't tried the drops yet. Looks like it tastes really good. Will have to pick some up next time I'm out.

  25. I have been wanting to try the sparkling Dasani waters but have never remembered to pick any up. I do love the water flavor drops. So good.

  26. I would have to try this. I am always looking for a flavor enhancer for water. I get bored with drinking plain water. Thanks for sharing.

  27. I think the drops are a great idea, especially when trying to get kids to drink water more. It's pretty rough when it's not sweet... kids aren't growing up like they use to... they are far more picky... lol

  28. Black cherry flavor sounds interesting. I would also love to try this drink however it's not available here in our local stores.

  30. This is the first time that I've heard of those. And honestly, I haven't tried drinking flavored water. Sounds good though.

  31. My husband and I both use these. He uses them in plain, still water and I use them in sparkling water. They're a permanent item on our grocery list.

  32. Omg I had no clue Dasani has sparkling water in a can!!! How fabulous is that!?!? Definitely will be checking that out :)

  33. I recently bought the unsweetened Strawberry Basil flavor of these Dasani Drops, but I haven't tried them yet. Good to hear that I chose the right flavor to bring home.

  34. If it weren't for flavored water, I'd probably never drink water. Isn't that terrible? lol. My kids are better about it than me but I'm still glad there are options out there!

  35. Looks like yummy it has been awhile since I had tasted a flavored water.
