This is the second batch of fresh cucumbers from our garden. My kids love dipping it with ranch, I just love eating it plain. I also love eating it after I eat BBQ or steak.
How about you, do you like cucumbers? For non-Filipino readers, cucumber is Pipino in our Tagalog language.
Yes, I love cucumbers, with or without dressing. I have been meaning to make myself a couple of little cucumber tea sandwichs!! So nice to be able to grow your own!
ReplyDeletei love pipino but sometimes i get tired eating it. to make it more interesting i make my own dip which is actually just vinegar with a dash of black pepper + a pinch of turmeric.

I would love to be able to grow cucumbers, they are my favorite. Maybe next year.
ReplyDeleteI usually only eat English cucumbers now. I started eating them in Europe and haven't stopped. I eat them by themselves or in salad. They are a great afternoon snack.
