Indoor Plant has Bloomed

I was so surprised to see my  indoor plant  bloom.  I thought for sure that this would not survived when I transplanted it  at the end of the summer last year.
 Do you see that mighty bulldog on top of my  planter?  That is one of my husband's project in art class when he was a kid.  My FIL gave it to us  when we came back from Korea.  He also gave us  the other dog  figurine.

    Waaahhh!!! Palm tree? Systah... never happen inside my house.

    My olive plant is still though now 1½ yrs but I am afraid it's dying §:-(

    I love it when things turn out for the good, last year my parsley plant got hit by frost figured it was dead then this year it is already growing.

    Ir is really neat that your plant bloomed! I can't keep many plants a live in my house, but I do love nice house plants.

    I just added to my indoor plants, I love Bonsai trees. Glad yours made it through being transplanted and I love the dogs.
