Red Rose

My red rose is now blooming. I love its vibrant color although of all my roses, this is the one without a sweet scent unlike the yellow and pink ones.

    I have never been a fan of roses. I believe they are highly overrated when it comes to the price of a dozen on Valentines Day. But, I do like the pops of color they make in someone's yard. I cut down all the ones in my yard and they keep coming back, so I guess I am meant to have a rose bush in that spot.
