Family Name History

The article on the big frame is the origin/history of my husband's last name.  He ordered this  when he was still in Guam and we framed it.  This is what you see when you enter our foyer.

  3. The family history is something many cannot see - it is a long process. So now that you have it completed, it is so special that we want it framed and open for all to see. Add some light and shadow, and it looks stylish as well as important...

  5. People tend to underestimate family origins and history. I think that when we find out more about our origins, the more we understand who we are.

  10. I really like that a lot. I might try to find one of these for Father's Day for my husband. He would really enjoy this.

  11. I love family history and this is a great way to display it. I have quite a bit of my dads side in a Swain County, N.C. Book. I have been able to track my family back to the early 1600's.
