Ohio River View

We live in a city that borders three states, PA, WV, and Ohio. It's funny that we were driving down to Wheeling but we were in Ohio side of the road. It is much faster than going through small towns in WV.  That's one advantage of living in Weirton.  We are  close to Ohio and Pennsylvania so if we want to  shop for clothes, we go to Pittsburgh because they  don't have sales  tax on  clothes there.
