We spotted this peacock wandering around the zoo in Pittsburgh. She was alone and don't want to be bothered. My wife was so persistent and wanted to take a picture of her but these are the closest images she captured.
She's so shy, and if she didn't have the iridescent blues and greens on her, she'd be well camouflaged. Good for your wife, her persistence paid off, not exactly a proud-as-a-peacock smile for the camera, but three interesting shots. Kay, Alberta, Canada An Unfittie's Guide to Adventurous Travel
