Yep, it's true, I'm 40 today. My loving wife and kids got me this great birthday card and keepsake for my big day. I also got a really nice Korean style Cream Cake (they're awesome). Rose asked me this morning, "Do you feel 40?" I replied, "Yes I do".
I'm still a kid at heart and I stay active but whenever I think of my age I realize, more and more, that I am approaching the end of the journey and it makes me feel a sense of urgency to do more with my time. 
I wish you have a very very good day. It's a start of another episode of your life, turning 40 brings another new challenges to enjoy life and discover new things. Hppy birthday friend.
