Handling Stress

Sometimes daily life can get the best of us, and our stress levels can fly off the charts. With family issues, workplace worries, and day-to-day obligations, anxiety can take a toll on how we feel, both physically and emotionally. When things get stressful, do you keep a cool head, or do you buckle under the pressure?

I don't like it when I'm stressed out with something because I can't sleep .  Working out, going for a walk in the woods,  listening to music, and taking photos are my ways of handling stress.  Even ordinary subject like this wild onion  can  relieve my stress.
Doesn't  it look like a painting?

  1. I actually do pretty good with stress...I learned a long time ago to let it slide off if you can't do anything about it. And if you can...then use the energy you'd waste on stressing...to actually do something about it! I guess that comes with old age lol

  9. I agree with you Nikki, sometimes the best way to deal stress is to just set the problem aside and don't worry about it for a while, that way you would be able to think clearly for the solution when you are calm...
