Top of the World Part 2

Although the photographs I uploaded in this post were taken at the bottom of the mountain, we still felt like we're on top of the world... The snapshots below were taken at the Seorak San Park (San is mountain in Korean language).

We missed some spots due to locations but overall our nature trekking was an absolute fun and stunning.
This one was taken where the map was.
This is the entrance gate to the big buddha statue.

Here's our lovely daughter sitting on the step.. She said she's getting tired of walking.

Here's my darling wife and daughter on the way to the bus, they look tired but still smiling

    i love your pictures, it's great that there are so many mountains and greeneries there.. it looks like a really rejuvenating and refreshing place to be, if only there aren't as many people. :D

  17. Korea is a beautiful country. That's why they call her the land of the morning calm. I hope someday Korea will be reunited and become one again just like Germany.     That's one huge korean buddha over there. Mountain in chinese is "shan" i guess some of their words are identical.

  34. Everything looks so much fun with the whole family. It's a shame that you didn't get a chance to see the waterfalls or the temples, but I imagine there is so much to see it's impossible to see everything in one trip.

  37. Your photos are very nice. I haven't had a chance to enjoy Korea yet. We did stop there for a few hours on our way to Vietnam, but didn't have enough time to get out and explore. Maybe next time!
