Skin Cancer, It Can Happen to YOU!

Now that summer is here, it is important to apply sunscreen lotion when you are going out  and  exposure of the sun  can't be avoided.  We usually  have sun screen lotion at home because the kids love outdoors so much!  Photos below were taken the other day when we brought them to Starvaggi pool.
They were happy to meet another  kid they know from school.  They hung  out and swam together.

  2. Oh yeah, good to know that.. But as long as you apply sunscreen even if its just SPF 15, it is still good!

  3. you are right, joops, it can happen to anyone...i am a kidney recipient and is more vulnerable to skin cancer, that's why i take extra care of my skin, thanks for the post...have a nice weekends!

  8. i do not expose myself much to the sun, i am too busy to soak into the heat.. i work indoors plus it is winter again soon..

  11. I am not fond of exposing myself under the sun. I don't like burning myself hehe.
    Many white people like to expose to sunlight but many of us asian don't like.

  14. Hi iluvphils2, yeah a lot of asian women really don't like exposing their skin in the sun which is good, american women on the other side is the contrary hehehe..

  19. good to know...visit here! BTW, how much is the pumpkin there in KOREA? I would prefer buying a pumpkin in the Commissary than in the patch...we paid 15 bucks for 2 big pumpkins and 3 li'l ones...at the commissary each pumpkin is 2.50 bucks..see the difference..just a rip off...:)

  21. Hi Dhemz, there's no other way to buy pumpkin here but in the commisary but it is extremely high because we're overseas.. The big pumpkin here cost 75 bucks, imagine that! Rose said, forget about decorating hehehe..
