Weekend Music at Senior LIving Place

We visited my father-in-law at Gables Care Center  last weekend.  This is the second home that he is staying at.  The first place where he stayed did not go so well.  He was not well-taken care of there so the  doctor who seen my FIL suggested this place for him.  I can say that it was a lot better, it's really a well-maintaned place and all the  nurses are really nice.

The kids  decided to  play some tunes for their grandpa  and they ended uyp having some audience.  As it turned out, the old folks there love it when someone plays piano for them.  It's great that they  have a grand piano in the hall.  I wonder if they have a woodwind & brass wind traps drums a400 too?  Who knows, that was our first visit and we had fun spending quality time with Dad.  We are planing to visit again this weekend.

Photograph Your Products Like A Pro Using These Expert Tips And Tricks

Having attractive product photographs on social media or your website can work wonders for your business. They can add prestige, attract customers and help you push your business in a positive direction. One good image has the power to take you from a minor to major contender overnight. But despite its importance, many business owners are still failing to get their product photography right. Thankfully there are things you can do to make your photos look more professional and appealing. Read the following tips and tricks to find out how.

Invest in a tripod

If you want to start taking photos like a pro, you need the right equipment. One piece that every photographer needs in their arsenal is a tripod. You can attach your camera to the tripod for a more professional outcome. While there is nothing wrong with holding your camera with your hands, you’re more likely to move. This can result in blurred or out of focus shots that cannot be used. You may also find that you use awkward camera angles that don’t necessarily showcase the product effectively. The tripod offers straightforward angles and a sturdy frame to avoid this from happening. Plus it allows you to be hands-free during the photo shoot.

Always check the background

Checking the background is something you need to get into the habit of doing as it can significantly affect the outcome of your images. You want to avoid any distractions that could take the attention away from the product you are trying to sell and promote. So check the surrounding area to make sure it is the primary focus. This is particularly important if you are taking your photographs outside where rubbish and people can get into the shot. Even if you are using a white backdrop, there could be dirt, dust or tears you need to look out for. Choose a background that makes your product pop to boost its appeal with potential customers.

Be consistent

It’s vital that even if you are taking images of different products, that they have a consistent look and feel. This will make it easier for customers to associate your images with your brand when they are on social media. Look for inspiration for product photography in magazines and online that you can try to recreate in your own way. You’ll soon begin to develop your own style of photography that will be present throughout your marketing. Always shoot from the same angle and editing using the same filters to make your products look their best. For more online tips for artists and shop owners wanting to showcase their products, look at sites such as Pinterest.

So start taking photos of your products like a pro, no matter what they are. You don’t have to hire a photographer or use an expensive studio to create fabulous looking images. This could be the one thing that is stopping your business from getting the custom and recognition it deserves. So get practising and reap the benefits that professional product photos can bring to your business.

Design to Foster Relaxation and Comfort Especially During #SummerTime

If you would ask me twenty years ago, what  is the one thing I would have love to have  when I was in college, I would have told you that I wish I would have had this Ozeri 360 Oscillation Tower Fan.  This would have been a great addition  to the small boarding house that my  friends and I rented.  This oscillating fan has micro-blade noise reduction technology that  would have great when we were  reviewing for our tests.  Being from the tropics,  electric fans are very common in any household that can't afford to have an air condition system.  This is one things that college students  buy first when renting a  boarding house as the  owner does not  provide one.
As some of you may recall, I dropped some hints from here and there  that we recently bought a new home.  My husband love it as it is a two-storey home with big rooms with the exception of the kitchen, that's the one thing I would miss with our first home as it has a big kitchen.  The backyard is also very small on that house so I lost my garden here too but in  order to have some things, we need to  sacrifice other things as well.
Another  thing I am not fond of that house is that, it has no  central air, we will have to install an AC system there  to be comfortable especially during the summer time.  It is for  that specific  reason, I  got this fan from Ozeri.  This would help us out  while we don't have the AC yet.  This  Tower Fan oscillates at 60, 90, 120, or 360 degrees for partial to complete air circulation with 3 whisper quiet speed settings.  MY son have already claimed this fan to be his, so we will be putting this into his  own bedroom.
This fan defines the latest in stylistic innovation with a sophisticated space-saving design that enhances room d├ęcor, and a multi-colored LCD that displays all fan functions and the room temperature.  I can't wait to  design  each room in that house  I will  be needing budget  though so hopefully, we could get the things we need.  For the meantime, we will have to sell this  house first in order to get comfortable with our finances.
The extended range remote control and fan control buttons provide easy access to all features, including the 8-hour programmable timer.  This is a great feature because  you can set how long the fan you want it to be on and it will shuts off automatically, that way, it won't use electric  when it doesn't need to be on.
This also features 3 pre-programmed airflow patterns designed to foster sleep, relaxation and comfort with up to 360 degree whisper-quiet oscillation for optimal air circulation.  I mean, what is there not to like with this fan.  It is stylish and functional!

Aside from the great things mentioned  above, it also utilizes advanced cylindrical motion technology with over 200 staggered micro-blades to generate airflow at the lowest possible noise factor.  Now that, you can't beat because it is annoying when a fan is  noisy right. This is definitely a new addition to our new home.  Check this Ozeri 360 Oscillation Tower Fan, with Micro-Blade Noise Reduction Technology out on amazon.  It is on sale now for $70.34 from its original price of $119.95.
