A House Near Cemetery

My husband is  determined to find us a property that is bigger than what we have now so everyday, he browsed all the properties that are for sale around the area.  He saw this property online, it is located in  Burgetstwan area in PA.  He got an appointment for us to look at it  and so we went, we arrived there first and when we pulled in the driveway, we saw the cemetery beside it.  I told him that we don't need to see the house anymore because  I am not interested anymore lol.
The house was renovated inside but I don't like the fact that is beside the cemetery.
But anyhow, we told the agent that we  wont be loking at this one anymore.  We proceeded to look at the other one that we are  also scheduled to see.
I love driving out there  where lands are huge and you see farm land and animals.
 I wouldn't mind living in a farm.
Today, we submitted an offer to a house near us.  IT has four bedrooms and three baths.  We  liked the hosue because it is in our neighborhood and it has two car garage.  IT doesn't have a big yard and the kitchen is a little bit small but we love the fact that it has bg bedrooms.  One thing that we see as an obstacle is that, it doesn't have a central air.  So I told my husband to bid a little lower than the asking price because wqe have to put  into consideration the fact that we have to incur  an extra  cost for the airconditioning unit.
The agent got back to us today and told us that the owner turned down our offer because somebody offer the  full asking price.  My husband is disappointed  because he told me that we should offer the full asking price  since we liked the house but I didn't agree.  We lost the bid but I am not worried about it  although I am alittle bummed out also because I really like the house.  I am just concerned  of the cost.

Property with a Huge Land

Last Friday, my husband and I  drove by  a property that we saw for sale.  The house comes  with an 8 acre  land and we thought it was worth seeing.  We love the  view where the property is and the   the house going there are huge as well.
We like how it looked on the outside so we set an appointment to view it.
Today, we went and see  the house.  It was a disappointment because it wasn't maintained well.  They have animals so it was  kind of filthy inside.  I like the layout but I couldn't pass the fact that it was not clean.
Aside from a huge land, the house also comes with a 6 car garage whom the owner  set up as a gym.  They have so many  gym equipments out there.
I love that it was at the end of the street.
It's a property that you  will be tempted to make an offer especially that they just reduced the price from 198k to 165k, that's a huge drop on the price.
We found out that the owner has a cancer which explains why  they reduced the price dramatically.
We  viewed quite a few houses already around the area and every time, I have  a different feeling when we are touring the house.  That house that we viewed, I felt very sad.
Here's another thing  that I liked about the property, wild animals comes to the yard.
This is the kind of surroundings I want  for my home.  Unfortunately when you have kids, you have to think about them first.
If we ever buy this place, that would mean a far drive for us  for our kids to go to school and with me very scared to drive, that is a huge problem.
But anyhow, we abandoned the  thought of considering this one after we saw the house.
It was a nice  little drive for hubby and I though.
We also viewed a property near our house today.  It's a huge house we love and the price is not that bad.  It has a two car garage and the bedrooms are humongous.  It's  a little newer than our home although it seems old because the owner is old.  It needs an update but I think we are going to make an offer on it.
We will be meeting with the agent  this Sunday and put our offer in.  If our offer get accepted, my dream of  having a fat=rm house is gone lol.
There are three things that   I don't like about the house. First is, it doesn't have a central air but my husband said that it can be fixed.
Another thing that I don't like is the  yard.  It doesn't have a big backyard as our current house.
And the last one is the kitchen is a bit smaller than what we have now.
My daughter loved it but my son is very sentimental, he doesn't  want to leave our home.
I am  50-50 on this, I want a bigger house for us but I love this house as well although it's small for us now.
I will leave everything to God, if it meant to be that we get the house, I will take it.

How To Get The Best Free-Quote On Your Job

If you're a homeowner, and you're not a DIY handyman or handy woman, you already know the unsettling feeling that comes when you want a renovation job done--and you don't know how much it's going to cost.

Not only that, but you have no idea of what the job entails, what materials are used and how long the job takes from start to finish. Thankfully, with today's Internet focus, all the above factors can be settled before you get into a mess with an unreliable or unscrupulous .

The article below names just a few of the many things you can do to help protect yourself as a homeowner.

Start With The Obvious: Word-Of-Mouth Recommendations

Starting with your family, friends, co-workers or neighbors, find out their experiences, if any, with general contractors. It's the best way to know their past record working on various types of jobs.

Don't depend on some review web sites for good ratings, many web sites haven't had an update for ever so long. Unfortunately, top ratings given by some web sites are many times paid ads for top page placement.

Doing Your Own Research

The experience in your kind of project; a dossier of satisfied clients; and how familiar is the contractor with local authorities and regulations, all help lead to a good experience with your project.

Getting It All Down In Writing

Get everything down in writing that you can: the materials used, insurance, warranties, proof of bonding, certification and of course, a signed, dated final price.

Go To A Reputable Internet Portal

At superior online portals or directories such as Remodeling Contractor, you'll find extensive listings of every kind of home improvement contractor work imaginable. Listed according to category such as drywall, masonry or electricians, you'll come to a special online quote service form.

Having filled out and submitted an online form, contractor quotes begin arriving at the inquirer's email address--with no commitment whatsoever required of the homeowner.

If you like the quotes, then follow-thru with a simple phone call. If you don't like the quote, then simply disregard it, and move on to the next one.

With the quotes that you like best, you can then interview and meet with the contractor who normally comes to your property. You can then ask more questions, and get more specific questions answered.

Never allow yourself to feel pressured at any time. Nor should you give any money in advance setting yourself up for a possible scam. One more thing--choose wisely.

Androidify YOurself #Doodle4Google

One of the may  neat thinbgs that my daughter got to do  during the Doodle4Google  in 2014 was designing a  bag.  They call this activity Androidify Yourself.  They pick  a design and the machine prints it for them.  They get to keep the bag as souvenier.

Our son loved this booth.  He get to play without  paying and  he wins every time lol.
Google  filled it with merchandise like  caps and  sun glasses with google word or logo in it.
It's been two years but I just now  trying to post those photos I took during the event.  One day, I will be able to post everything , I know  will get there lol.  Doodle4Google was a ot of fun!

Quality Casters for Furniture

Anyone who has ever had to move their furniture certainly knows that it can be a difficult task. Heavy furniture is often put in place and rarely moved because it can be such a hassle. Of course, there are times when you need to move your furniture, but you dread the task because it is so heavy. Fortunately, quality furniture casters can make the job a breeze.

Casters Offer Great Convenience
Furniture with casters is extremely easy to move. Whether you're ready to rearrange a few pieces or you want to move a heavy sofa out of the way so you can vacuum your rugs, when your furniture has casters, you'll never have to worry about bringing in help. Fortunately, you'll be able to find a wide range of casters designed to fit a variety of needs as well as add a touch of style to your home's decor. The right casters will allow you to easily move even the heaviest pieces of furniture.

Decorative Casters add a Touch of Style
If you're looking for casters for use on chairs, stools or tables, it's important to keep in mind that these casters will be visible, so the look of the caster should be attractive as well as something that will work well with your decor. Some casters can be very industrial looking and are an excellent choice for those types of applications, but when you have casters on your home's furnishings, you want to make sure they are beautiful and can add to your design style. Decorative casters can add a nice touch to any furniture style.

Low Profile Casters are Perfect for a Sofa or Loveseat
Another type of caster that is often used on furniture is the low profile caster. Easy chairs, sofas, loveseats, ottomans and many other types of furniture might call for a caster with a low profile. These casters roll smoothly, giving you the convenience and functionality of a quality caster, but they also offer a low profile design to keep the caster inconspicuous and out of sight.

Regardless of what type of furniture you want to add casters to, it's important to consider the quality of the casters. Companies like Access Casters Inc. offer high quality casters in a wide selection of styles. Not every caster is suited for every application. Always make sure you choose casters that are designed for the job as well as the weight of the object.
