My husband does not like our bathroom because it is so chic. It's pink! Me and my daughter on the other hand love it. The former owner used pink tiles and wall cover on the wall. To torment my husband a little more, I hanged my cross stitched rose and the rose painting that I won on a giveaway on the wall of the bathroom lol. Sorry hon, I am woman and I love pink!
Then at the bottom of those wall decor is this vinatge rose bath set that a friend of mine gave me as a birthday present..
My sister-in-law's Miniature Fox Terrier has five pups right now. This is the second time that Tinkerbel (the mom) had given birth to five beautiful pups. One of these pups will be ours, so watch our for Maximus.
When my daughter was born, she received an extra special treatment from my sister in law, Chris. She would always make a matching outfit for her including dresses and hats. I actually miss those baby times when she did not mind wearing a hat. Now that she is growing up, she isn't fond of wearing hats anymore. I love looking at her baby photos wearing different kinds of cute dresses and hats.
My daughter was born with a lot of hair so most of the time, I tie them into a set of ponytail.
We got this Atlantis Lego for Mr. Burrito's birthday, he was the one who picked this at the store. I resisted getting this but he insisted so we bought it. As it turned out, it wasn't the lego that he thought it was. Ms. Burrito is the one building it for him.
I joined ABC Wednesday since Round 8 and I am proud to say that I did not have any absences, wohoooo. To start the round 10, let me share this $50 Amazon gift card that I got for winning a blog contest over at Kaboom.org. I submitted an article about Parents and Play and luckily got included in the top ten among hundreds who submitted entries.
I haven't spend this yet, I am still thinking of something good of value that I can buy. There's no expiration date so I can take my sweet time hehehe.
When I was growing up, I used to jot down everything in a paper and I think that my daughter got that trait from me. When I asked her to stop writing on her blog due to school, I had to find a way for her to write her thoughts. I bought her a diary and since then, she's been waiting to it daily. We bought her a new one again for this year. Journals or Diary is one good avenue to develop her zeal or enthusiasm in writing.
It is very hard for us to stroll at the mall now that EJ is in his age where he wants to run around everywhere. When we were in the Philippines, the only thing that can keep him occupied is if we put him in a play are like the one in the pictures below. The PlayStation is a saviour. My wife couldn't really enjoy her shopping when all of us goes because we just keep on chasing our son. What she did most of the time is that, she comes back there by herself or sometimes with our daughter, that's when she can really shop.
"YOU guys rock." That's what she's saying hehehe. A Photo of my daughter that was taken when she was six months old. Thank YOU all for the visits and comments YOU have left us last YEAR, may YOU continue to do so. I am happy to return the favor. Once again, thank YOU!
Our son really wanted this battery operated helicopter toy so we bought it for him for Christmas. My husband took the two Burritos at my FIL's so they could fly it there but the helicopter crashed from it's flight. It landed on my FIL's neighbor's roof and it wouldn't fly no more. Well there goes another one charged to experience lol.
