Tomlinson Creek

My children love to explore in this small creek by Tomlinson Run. To see some small fish and cray fish is a huge treat for them.
I love to just sit beside the creek and listen to the water flow, it relaxes me.
It also give me time to take photos and reflect sometimes.
This butterfly  teased me when I was trying to  take photos of her.  She kept flying around and I could't get  too close.

Lovely! It's too bad more kids can't enjoy an adventure in a creek. Enjoy the day.

Such a pretty shot and one that could easily have been shot right here in my locale. genie

Sounds like a lot of fun. Kids in the city would be so thrilled to be able to play here (and so would I, :):) )

Wow! Can't believe how similar your creek is to those in Tropical North Queensland downunder here in OZ! Just BEAUTIFUL!!

I have the same problem with butterflies. They never stop long enough to photograph.

I could sit by that water daily and never get bored.
