Hi there - can’t name your insects - but can narrow it down a bit - the first picture is of a moth, and the second one is a butterfly.(Moths don’t tend to shut their wings upwards across their bodies, but butterflies do!)Hope this snippet was of some value!Stewart M - Australia

My late visit, Rose.Love your shots :)I seldom capture butterflies, they often fly before I can take pictures of them.
I thought it is some kind of a moth coz it has flat wings but in your last picture it looks like a butterfly coz its wings are standing up. I don't know the specific kind of butterfly it is, but it sure is fun to see those in the gardens.
