Sending postcard to friends and family is always a delight. I did that when I was still in the Navy hopping from one place to another.
My 20 years of experience as a sailor gave me a chance to travel in different places . I have been to different parts of the world and that is one thing that I am going to miss Now that I am retired, I am shifting to a new perspective and see what my destiny will take me. Meanwhile I have to finish this degree that I am taking so I could start a new career for my family.
When my wife was still in the Philippines, I used to send her postcards whenever I would go to to a different place for few months such as Japan, Australia, and other country. There are custom made postcards that you can buy but I always wish that individual postcard printing is available that way I could customize the card I want. It is always nice to send a card that contains what you really want to say to the person that you are sending it to. When my family and I were still in Korea, my wife sent some postcards to her friends over in the Philippines.
