Hotel in Legazpi City

There are a lot of luxurious hotel in Legazpi City but we like Jeniffer's Kababayan Hotel even if it is small and plain because it has garden and a swimming pol. A perfect amenities for a tropical place. We stayed there for almost two weeks and we like the customer service, the employees are very nice and friendly. The only thing that concerns my wife is the bathroom because it's not very clean. I think because the people that does the cleaning are trainees-students from school who are doing their on-the-job training. They don't really scrub it. Okay here are the pictures, you feel like you want to plunge?

Our son love jumping on the water.. He isn't scared of water compared to our daughter.

My clone

My son always sits or lay beside me. Everywhere we go or whatever we do, he always wants to be with me. I thought for sure that he will want Mommy because he is a boy but I'm wrong about it hehehe.. The picture below was taken by my wife during our vacation in the Philippines. I was watching TV and my son immediately laid his head on my tummy.

Series of food that can make you slim - salad

My daughter Rylie really love vegetable salad. I remember when my wife is getting ready to move in the States with me, she is worried that she won't be able to eat salad in front of my family because she wasn't use to it. But I was surprise because she actually love eating vegetable salad now. Okay guys, this is the last part of the food series that can make you slim. I do hope that you get as much as information to these posts.

When most people think of dieting, they think of salad. But if that means some sad greens topped with unripe tomatoes, it's no wonder diets don't work. "Salads are a great opportunity to add a lot of filling foods into your diet at one time: fresh vegetables, lean protein, beans and healthy fats," says Dr. Rolls. And research backs it up. A study from Penn State University found that women who ate a salad before a pasta lunch ate fewer calories for the whole meal than those just digging into the pasta.

TIP: Start your salad with mesclun, arugula or spinach. Not only are these greens tastier than iceberg, they also contain more iron, calcium, vitamin C and folate.

Grammar Quirks

My wife and I are having fun with our 3 year old daughter's grammar issues. At times, she will use incorrect tense when explaining things to us. We always correct her in a manner that is positive and fun. We want to encourage her to experiment and learn, so we are careful not to offend her or embarass her in any way. She sometimes says, "I hurted my arm" or " I buyed" instead of bought. I find it amazing, just how rapid the learning process is with children. The more something relates to survival, the faster they learn it. It is awesome how they utilize natural prioritization. Have you experienced the same with your toddler?
According to babycenter.com, this pattern of learning is normal.Verbal dexterity is one thing, but grammatical perfection is something else entirely. Three-year-olds make many classic speech errors, one of the most common being tripping up on the past tense. You'll hear them saying, "I goed" or "I wented." Patience and a sense of humor are the best response to these mistakes, which are actually rooted in a funny kind of logic.

journey

Howdy guys, I just came back from Japan and I don't feel good at all. I got sick there and I am trying to get well for our upcoming trip. I must say that even if I got sick, I have learned a lot of things that can help me and my family when I got out of the service. So that's it for now fellas, have a nice weekend and thanks for dropping by my boat.
