On Course to a Healthier You

Did you know that you are more likely to reach your health goals when you stay focused on the positive returns? Its true. It's easier to keep moving in a healthy direction when you are moving forward to a reward. It could be added energy for activities you enjoy, feeling and looking better, or a renewed sense of well-being.4 Ways to Stay the Course
1. Select One goal area, such as exercise to focus on.

2. Write down your expectations and three realistic actions you can start today.

3. Post your expectations and plan of action where you can see them everyday.

4. Start small - major changes made overnight can be hard to maintain. Take it one step and one day at a time. Say for example, you can start with 10 minute walks and add 5 minutes per week until you can fit in at least 30 minutes daily.

These are good, since my job permits me to be seated the whole night taking calls, I believe walking will be a good exercise...
